If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.
You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
If your item is received as ‘damaged’, you must contact us email@example.com within 7 working days of receipt of a damaged item, notifying us that the item was received in ‘damaged’ condition.
You will receive instructions on returning the item. You must send the damaged item together with any damaged packaging upon return, and we will proceed to replace your damaged item.
You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item.
